Mama Gaia is a proud supporter of incorporating local organic foods into your diet, making it easier than ever to afford delicious organic meals. Diving into foods created with organic ingredients can truly change your life. With the crazy good health benefits and positive impact the lifestyle can have on our planet, we believe everyone should hop on board if at all possible.
It is no secret that organic foods cost more than the average non-organic food item in the United States. This has led many people who cannot afford organic foods to eat more processed foods. Although, it can seem as though organic foods are out of your reach physically and financially, I am here to tell you that that is not the case.
Here in Memphis, we are lucky to have a few great farmers markets that are filled with affordable organic and local produce.
